Mô tả công việc:
1. Product Management MBC
Represent MBV on product topics within Hub team specialized on Sedan and SUV
Product configuration for short and mid-term planning, maintain the product portfolio plan
Provide product information on new products, built-to-orders features or product modifications
Work in relevant project teams on product communication, sales management
Cooperate with launch and life-style activities
Provide product presentation or reporting on special request
Plan CKD shipment optimization and Color Ordering for CKD
Core Competitor Report and KPI for Management Report
2. Market/ Competitor Intelligence
Provide in-depth market and competitors analysis
Analysis own and competitors performance on product, price, market share, perception to derive market segment
3. Pricing
Prepare and align with Controlling the price calculation for new products or product features changes
Propose pricing schemes to be in line with marketing campaign and other company pricing activities
4. Sales Forces Support
Product concierge for customer center on special request
Work closely with the sales training, sales team to consolidate knowledge and understanding about company products
Prepare for product test/ quiz on special request of new models, enhancements for the sales forces
Yêu cầu:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills and high team-working spirit
Excellent at written and spoken Vietnamese and English
Be confident and be able to work independently
Ability to work under high pressure
Willing to travel

Create brand strategy and go-to-market campaigns to deliver brand, Marketing, and related business objectives
Plan, implement and report all the aspects of Marketing campaigns: media channels, concept, budget, KPIs, target customers
Develop concept, layout and work closely with regional team, MBV sales, product, Marketing teams, agencies
Manage media agency to form media plan; manage agencies’ performance
Calculate and assess the customer’s experience across a large number of channels and identify the customer touchpoints
Find various trends, insights and optimize performance based on data.
Keep abreast of latest trends in marketing
Collaborate with other teams in Marketing & PR to make sure the campaign is well integrated to achieve the end result
Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Yêu cầu:
University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications
Min. 5-7 years in marketing with over 2-3 years in similar management position
Strong knowledge about automotive market, customers, and products
Highly strategic mindset, customer-focused behavior, result driven,
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, social and digital marketing;
Good creative writing skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to inspire others
Strong data analytics capabilities and critical thinking skills
Project management & Budget management
Excellent leadership skill set
