- Create brand strategy and go-to-market campaigns to deliver brand, Marketing, and related business objectives
- Plan, implement and report all the aspects of Marketing campaigns: media channels, concept, budget, KPIs, target customers
- Develop concept, layout and work closely with regional team, MBV sales, product, Marketing teams, agencies
- Manage media agency to form media plan; manage agencies’ performance
- Calculate and assess the customer’s experience across a large number of channels and identify the customer touchpoints
- Find various trends, insights and optimize performance based on data.
- Keep abreast of latest trends in marketing
- Collaborate with other teams in Marketing & PR to make sure the campaign is well integrated to achieve the end result
- Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications
- Min. 5-7 years in marketing with over 2-3 years in similar management position
- Strong knowledge about automotive market, customers, and products
- Highly strategic mindset, customer-focused behavior, result driven,
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, social and digital marketing;
- Good creative writing skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to inspire others
- Strong data analytics capabilities and critical thinking skills
- Project management & Budget management
- Excellent leadership skill set
