ABOUT US​

Carmudi is a leading car marketplace in Vietnam with hundred thousand listings in total and millions of page views per month. Carmudi is applying digitization and providing the full-stack services to market (classified & media, trading & auction, inspection & transportation, etc.)

Carmudi is targeting to be a one-stop shop for all vehicle-related services in Vietnam.

REPORTING TO​

  • Managing Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Develop high-level partnership with strategic partners and clients.
  • Support management to develop and deploy plans, strategies to manage and expand business portfolio and client relationships.
  • Implement sales activities and be responsible for business results according to the company's KPI.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments in communicating, interviewing and hiring, training lower-level employees to execute your strategy, and leveraging team and individual strengths, managing performance of employees in the sales department.
  • Working closely with other departments including Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive all business development and marketing initiatives for the vehicle category.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in commerce/marketing/business/finance management or equivalent.
  • Good command of English.
  • Minimum +3 years of experience in the sales management role is required.
  • Strong selling, negotiation skills in used car market, financing banks…
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a productive and constructive manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in the same position in used car industry/ financing bank/ NBFC/ Insurance is a plus.
  • Existing networks with used car/ dealers or distributors are a strong plus.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems.
