• Design quality assurance (QA) policies to prevent issues leading to poor product quality. • Prepare documents for homologation with Vietnam Register. • Determine how product defects affect output quality. • Develop the company quality testing policy in alignment with regulatory standards. • Responsible for the management of the Quality team. • Review and make recommendations to address issues identified from the testing activities. • Review audit results and the proposed changes to procedures. • Review product and process quality metric reports.

• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers • Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process • Accompany customers on test drives, advise and recommend the right type of vehicle. • Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles • In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options and sales process
