• Recruitment: Search and sort CV, quick interview and coordinate with Head Department to arrange interview as well as selecting appropriate candidates as required
• Training: Organize some training courses
• Admin:
- Managing, following up and renewing Visa, passport, work permit, residence card, notarization of legal documents.
- Following up health check-up for expats and employees as well.
- Booking air ticket.
- Building and following up the budget of Department.
- Making the monthly accrual, payment plan to submit Accounting department.
- Organizing company events such as: Sports day, Year End party, Team building.
- Managing canteen, drivers, gardeners and security.
- Managing stationery, canteen supplies and household supplies for company.
- Car arrangement and maintenance.
- Following up service contracts.
- Following up 5S and ISO systems.
- Other assignments by head/supervisor
