Your responsibilities:
· To establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent service while following the Porsche service processes
· To ensure an efficient and fast service process
· Planning, scheduling and coordinating customer service appointments
· Vehicle diagnosis during customer reception and post repair quality control
