You will a member of aftersales team in Vietnam, focussed on spare part business, E warranty Dealer Portal system (e-warranty, e-parts…) and maintenance activities. Holding certain key relationships yourself, managing a spare part sales activities and others;
The main focus of your role will be to work deliberately in the achievement of strong market penetration per AGR industry and per market segment (retail sales and project sales), leading by example by delivering your own multi clients;
AIOVN will look to you to gather market intelligence and to cooperate with European stakeholders of the advantages in identifying prospective clients in the Vietnamese customers’ business network;
You will need to build a strong understanding of our financial spare part and aftersales model, be able to describe the model to our dealers in Mekong Delta River, to build trust in our company with them and thus be able to secure strong multi tasks;
Concurrently, it will be your job to identify and develop other spare parts, aftersales pipeline and work directly with Brazilian and European suppliers;
Digitalization spare parts portfolio with Sales Director;
Support technicians’ team in term of machine repairing, installation and warranty;
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
