• 1. Product Management MBC
• Represent MBV on product topics within Hub team specialized on Sedan and SUV
• Product configuration for short and mid-term planning, maintain the product portfolio plan
• Provide product information on new products, built-to-orders features or product modifications
• Work in relevant project teams on product communication, sales management
• Cooperate with launch and life-style activities
• Provide product presentation or reporting on special request
• Plan CKD shipment optimization and Color Ordering for CKD
• Core Competitor Report and KPI for Management Report
• 2. Market/ Competitor Intelligence
• Provide in-depth market and competitors analysis
• Analysis own and competitors performance on product, price, market share, perception to derive market segment
• 3. Pricing
• Prepare and align with Controlling the price calculation for new products or product features changes
• Propose pricing schemes to be in line with marketing campaign and other company pricing activities
• 4. Sales Forces Support
• Product concierge for customer center on special request
• Work closely with the sales training, sales team to consolidate knowledge and understanding about company products
• Prepare for product test/ quiz on special request of new models, enhancements for the sales forces

Yêu cầu:​

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills and high team-working spirit
• Excellent at written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Be confident and be able to work independently
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Willing to travel
