- Carrying out the work of receiving and consulting on car maintenance and repair in accordance with the standard process of MG
- Ensure repair quality, customer satisfaction for the entire service process.
- Complete the documentation of payment procedures for the vehicle before transferring to the payment department.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a good job completion
- Consulting, supporting and disseminating information about products and techniques of MG
- Maintain customer development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge and experience of after-sale business
- Knowledge and experience in auto service management, service operation, service marketing, and basic financing.
- Understanding dealer operation management
- Understanding the market ( MG service products, competitors)
- Knowledge and experience in automotive technical
- Analytical & problem solving
- Management skill
- Teamwork/cross-function, enthusiasm, maturity, hornet, accountability
- English and Vietnamese( EN is an advantage)
- Ability to interact well with all departments in the company.
- 3->5 years experiences
