    Mô tả công việc:

    • 1. Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) implementation at Dealer:
    • Implementing DOS to Central Dealer;
    • Monitoring the performance of the Dealer;
    • Reporting the implementation results weekly/ monthly.
    • 2. SSI industry survey analysis:
    • Analyzing to find weaknesses and root cause that make our customer unsatisfied;
    • Taking Action plan to improve;
    • Deploying and managing Dealers follow Action plan.
    • 3. MMV (Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam) SSI monthly survey and Mystery Shopping analysis:
    • Monitoring the result and analyzing the problems of each Dealer and work with them to take additional actions to improve;
    • Following up the improvement of Dealers.
    • 4. Customer complaint handling:
    • Handling and reporting complaints related to DOS.

    Yêu cầu:

    • Requirement
    • Education: University
    • Knowledge: Automobile market
    • Skills required: Communication; Instructing/ training; Planning; Problem solving
    • Experience: Automobile related jobs (training/ area management…)
    • Other (if any): English, Driving license (B1/B2…)

    • Coordinate with dealer and other Dept./ Section to solve customer complaint.
    • Follow up Service KPIs and summarize monthly report
    • Coordinate with other Sections and support dealer on technical issues.
    • Do service procedure training for new dealer.
    • Give instruction for new dealer lay-out and follow up construction progress.

    Yêu cầu:

    • Education: University graduated in Automobile Technology
    • Knowledge: Automobile, Customer service
    • Mandatory skills:
    • PC skill (MS office, Power point, etc.)
    • English (able to communicate in English with level B, at least, or equivalent)
    • Experience: Workshop control and/ or Jobs related to aftersales service.
